 Scott earned his B.A from Washington
State University, holds a 66 Securities license, and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of
Certified Public Accountants.
He
heads up Spectrum's retirement plan services, and concentrates in the area
of financial services; retirement and education funding; and retirement
plan selection, implementation and administration.
His
time away from the office is spent with his wife and two dogs when he is
not fulfilling his duties as a reserve officer in the US Navy. He
would love to be an avid golfer if his schedule would ever allow for it
