Scott Meeker CPA, PFS
Scott Meeker is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist with more than three decades of experience in accounting, financial planning, retirement-plan design, and business advisory services.
As a Member, CEO, CFO, and CCO of Spectrum Strategic Capital Management, Scott provides executive leadership across the firm’s strategic, financial, and compliance functions.
Scott helps guide firm strategy, financial oversight, risk management, and organizational priorities while overseeing SSCM’s compliance program in coordination with the firm’s outside compliance and legal partners. His accounting, tax, and retirement-plan expertise also supports SSCM’s integrated approach to financial planning.
Scott graduated cum laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, later completed Oregon State University’s Post Baccalaureate Accounting Program. He served 23 years as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy, 9 active and 14 in the reserves.
Outside the office, Scott’s enjoys golf, traveling and spending time outdoors.
